• Referrals to vendors according to location (s), based on budget and the client’s needs
• Assistance with hotel arrangements for out of town guests
• Liaison between vendors and bride and groom
• Wedding day timeline meeting (1 hour)
• Management of vendor relations: appointments, review contracts, schedule of payments and final vendor payments and gratuities
• Organization and Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner
• Ceremony and Reception set up: Items included are Unity Candle, Guestbook, Favors, Toasting Goblets, Serving Set, Place Cards, Décor and Centerpieces
• Organization of processional and recessional line-up for ceremony and reception
• Assistance with transition from ceremony to reception
• Coordination of entire reception (up to cake cutting)
• One Professional Coordinator plus assistant for Wedding Day (based on number of guests)
* Additional staff for the day of the wedding may be required for select venues, larger weddings and/or multiple locations
