Inspirations by Gina specializes in “Month/Day of Wedding” Coordination services and can work with your budget to realize your dreams.
The following is our most simple coordination package:
• Initial consultation (2 Hours)
• Unlimited phone calls
• Unlimited Email consultations
• Planning meeting 4-6 weeks before wedding day to gather wedding details and vendor contracts
• Wedding day timeline meeting
• Confirmation with vendors prior to wedding
• Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal
• Instruction to wedding party roles and responsibilities
• Ceremony and Reception set up: Items included are Unity Candle, Guestbook, Favors, Toasting Goblets, Serving Set, Place Cards, Décor and Centerpieces
• Organization of processional and recessional line-up for ceremony and reception
• Assistance with transition from ceremony to reception
• One Professional Coordinator plus assistant for Wedding Day (based on number of guests)
*Additional staff for the day of the wedding may be required for select venues, larger weddings and/or multiple locations
Travel fees and expenses may apply for venues further than a 100 mile radius
